General Information

Conference Handouts

Conference attendees will be provided with instruction to access the conference APP.  The APP includes access to a  wealth of session information. Handouts will be posted approximately one week in advance of the conference, and at that time you will be emailed a link enabling you to access, review, and print educational session handouts prior to the conference.

The Hilton El Conquistador Resort complies with the provisions of ADA. If you need any additional assistance beyond what is accommodated by ADA, please contact the Executive Office so that we may assist you.  

Confirmations

Online registrants will receive immediate confirmations/receipts via email. All other registrants will receive written confirmations/receipts via email, fax, or mail. Registrations will be accepted on a first come basis and the eLearning Conference may sell-out at any time. Therefore, we highly encourage you to confirm your registration before making travel arrangements.  

Cancellation, Substitution, and Refunds

Registration cancellations prior to Monday, January 15 will incur no penalty. Cancellations on or after Monday, January 15 are subject to a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellation notices must be sent in writing to the ITC Executive Office. No refunds will be made for cancellations made after Friday, February 2 and forfeited fees cannot be applied to future meetings due to IRS reporting requirements.

Substitutions from within the same institution are permitted at no additional cost if received prior to Monday, January 15. On or after prior to Monday, January 15 substitutions are $50 per person. All substitutions must be in writing and accompanied by a completed registration form. 

Disclaimer

If ITC cannot hold the Annual Conference due to acts of God, war, government regulations, disaster, civil disorder, or curtailment of transportation facilitating other emergencies making it inadvisable, illegal, or impossible to provide the facilities or to hold the meeting, each prepaid attendee will receive a copy of the Conference handouts and any other materials that would have been distributed. Fixed meeting expenses will be paid from the pre-registration funds. Remaining funds will be refunded to pre-registrants. ITC is not responsible for any other costs incurred by pre-registrants in connection with the Annual Conference.
