Since 1980, the eLearning conference has proven to be the friendliest and most successful professional development conference for distance learning practitioners across the country.

Conference attendees are the deans, directors, faculty and other distance learning professionals from two- and four-year institutions who are directly responsible for eLearning programs at their college.

They want to learn about the products you offer—high quality course material, software, management systems, and other solutions so they can offer the very best educational opportunities to their distance learning students.

eLearning 2013 will attract 450 to 500 administrators of distance learning programs from community colleges and universities from around the world. The meeting continues to grow and prosper, in no small measure due to your continued support and participation.

Sixty percent of past eLearning attendees report spending more than one hour in the exhibit hall!

Exhibiting at eLearning 2013
The eLearning 2013 Exhibit Hall Space is Sold Out

eLearning 2013 will feature an expanded exhibit area with a variety of booth configurations to suit your needs. Specific times are dedicated throughout the conference for attendees to stop by your booth to discuss your product or service.

Each exhibitor will receive one complimentary registration to attend all the conference meals and sessions. There is no charge for exhibit booth staff who will not be attending the conference sessions (please include their names on the online registration form). Exhibitors can purchase additional meal passes for their exhibit booth staff who want to attend the meal functions only for an additional $200 per person.

Each booth includes pipe and drape, one six-foot draped table, two chairs and company identifier sign. Exhibitors will receive a packet of information to order additional equipment, phone lines and/or electricity upon confirmation of your exhibit space.

The exhibit hall will be open throughout the conference schedule on Monday and Tuesday except during the general sessions and meal functions.

Advertising in the eLearning 2013 Conference Program 

Submission Deadline: Jan. 11, 2013

eLearning 2013 invites you to advertise in the official conference program. Increase your visibility, showcase your product, introduce new products and invite people to visit your booth at the tradeshow! The submission deadline for your full-color or black-and-white, camera-ready copy is Jan. 11, 2013. Digital copies must be at least 300dpi resolution in a .jpg format, or just mail us a printed copy so we can scan it.

● Half Page $300 — 7-1/2 wide by 5 inches high, or 3-1/2 wide by 10 inches high
