eLearning 2013 Hotel Information
The Hyatt Regency San Antonio
All of the meetings for eLearning 2013 will take place at the Hyatt Regency San Antonio, located on the San Antonio River Walk, overlooking the Alamo.
ITC has reserved sleeping rooms for eLearning 2013 conference attendees to stay at the Hyatt Regency San Antonio. Call 1-800-233-1234 (USA and Canada) before Jan. 11, 2013 and mention you are attending eLearning 2013 to receive a special room rate of $169 per night for eLearning 2013 participants.
The Hyatt Regency San Antonio will honor this rate three days prior to, and three days after, eLearning 2013 based on availability - from February 13 to 23, 2013. The rate includes free high-speed, wireless Internet access in all of the guest rooms, meeting rooms, and function spaces; complementary access to the hotel's health and fitness facility, an outdoor heated pool and whirlpool, 2,800 square foot StayFit health club featuring Lift Fitness Cardio Equipment and Strength Training.

The Hyatt Regency San Antonio is approximately nine miles from San Antonio International Airport. Taxi service costs roughly $25-$28 and the trip takes about 15-20 minutes to/from the airport. Go Airport Shuttle costs $18 per person and can take up to 45 minutes to/from the airport. Shuttles depart from 7:00 a.m. to 1:30 a.m. daily to downtown hotels every 15 minutes. Passengers may purchase tickets at the airport's baggage claim area.
The Instructional Technology Council is the sponsor for eLearning 2013. The five colleges of the Alamo Colleges (Northeast Lakeview College, Northwest Vista College, Palo Alto College, St. Philip's College and San Antonio College) will serve as the host organization.
