Distance Education Leadership Academy Graduates
The ITC Distance Education Leadership Academy (DELA) prepares eLearning advocates and professionals to advance into leadership roles across the distance education community. Using the six leadership competencies designated by the American Association of Community Colleges as a foundation, each cohort works with a faculty team of community college leaders, completes a capstone project for their home institution, and partners with an Executive eLearning Coach throughout the program.
