Innovation. A word that is mentioned often at higher education institutions. We will discuss how we contextualized and customized innovation at our institution through collaboration with various stakeholders with the purpose of meeting the calls to action for the need of space for innovation and aligning with strategic goals. Recognizing the importance of creating space for growth and new approaches in higher education, we embarked on a journey of collaboration with key stakeholders, including faculty, students, administrators, and community partners. The panel will highlight the steps taken to foster a culture of innovation, the role of leadership in championing these efforts, and how we customized solutions that reflect our institution's values and mission. We will also discuss the importance of remaining flexible and responsive to stakeholder feedback, as well as the tangible outcomes we have seen in terms of improved student engagement, academic success, and institutional growth. Guests Include: Annual eLearning Keynote Speaker, Shelley C. Kurland, Ph.D.( Dean, Virtual Campus County College of Morris), Brian Olson (Forensic Science Course Coordinator, County College of Morris) Live attendance is open to the public | Recordings are only available to ITC institutions and members.
