The ITC 2026 Distance Education Leadership Academy is a cohort-based learning experience designed to advance the careers of eLearning advocates and professionals. Using the six leadership competencies designated by the American Association of Community College as a foundation, the DELA will sharpen your leadership skills and specialize them in the context of digital learning and online education.
