ITC Refund Policies

Event Refunds/Cancellations

If, after registering, you find you cannot exhibit, attend or sponsor an ITC event, you may send someone in your place for no additional charge.

Cancellations communicated 45+ days prior to the start of the event are eligible for a full refund, less a 20% processing fee. Cancellations must be communicated in writing by emailing Holly McAtee, ITC Operations Manager, at [email protected].

Cancelled registrations (both paid and unpaid) within 45 days prior to the start of the event are responsible for the full registration fee, even if they are unable to attend.


Membership Refunds

Membership Fees are non-refundable.
