ITC Northeastern Distance Education Conference: Narratives of Change

Change is inevitable. Change is constant. The ability to adapt to change and challenges is a core component of distance education. Join us in exploring the evolution and impact of these stories through dynamic discussions and interactive sessions. Together, we can unlock the secrets of transformation and innovation in the online classroom and at our institutions. 

This hybrid event will feature several concurrent sessions presented live from Mercer County Community College in central New Jersey and a virtual stream featuring presentations from the national ITC community. All sessions will be available to in-person and virtual attendees. Tracks will include leadership and innovation, creativity in teaching and learning, and diversity equity, and inclusion. 

ITC invites you to tell your stories of change to inspire and support other educators and administrators. Here are a few examples of the stories we are looking to share:

    • Curriculum or program redesigns 
    • Adopting a new textbook or OER content 
    • New roles or positions 
    • Adopting and training new online classroom technology for students, faculty and administrators
    • Introducing new online/hybrid modalities  
    • New training processes 
    • LMS migrations 
    • Management system migrations
